Biography

Nontsikelelo Albertina Sisulu was a South African anti-apartheid activist and the wife of Walter Sisulu. She played a leading role in the United Democratic Front and the ANC Women's League. She was arrested, banned, and harassed by the apartheid regime but never wavered in her commitment to freedom and equality.
